Yes.  With the Master Pipeline, located in the Group Control Center, you have the ability to configure a special user interface which will allow you to designate a single internal loan processor, underwriter or contract processor to view and or download online borrower loan applications submitted through the individual loan originators vLender.com® websites.

To set this up, simply follow the steps below:
1) Go to www.vlender.com and click Member Login in the upper right corner
2) Enter your Group Control Center username and password to access your account
3) Click on Configure in the dark gray bar across the top
4) Click on the light gray Settings sub-tab
5) Click on System Passwords
6) Enter a password separate from your existing password into the New Loan Processor Access Password box
7) Re-enter that same password in the Verify New Loan Processor Access Password box
8) Leave ALL other boxes on this page empty and click Submit Password Changes


Now provide your processor with the username for the Group Control Center along with the New Loan Processor Access Password you just created.  Your Loan Processor will be able to log in from the vLender.com Member Login screen and, with the Loan Processor Access Password, will have limited access to the applications and tools necessary for their position.  They will not have access to site design controls or password and contact information modification.
