Listed below are the instructions for setting up and configuring Kroll Factual Data to use when pulling a credit report.
If you already have an account with Kroll Factual Data, you will need to contact Kroll to sign up for a specific "Client Code" in order to pull a credit report with vLender.
You will need to visit Factual Data's elending web page for account set-up at www.krollfactualdata.com/elending. Click on the New or Existing Clients link next to vLender and follow the instructions for account sign-up.
Pricing to pull a credit report is listed at http://www.vlender.com/bpc/credit_reports_info.php.
Once Kroll Factual Data has received the completed application, the account will be processed and upon approval will be set-up and the client will be contacted within 72 hours by Factual Data, at which point they can input the necessary account information into the account set-up within the vLender BPM.

New clients will have to complete the Online Agreement, as Kroll Factual Data does not accept paper contracts any longer.
In the event any information is missing from the online application, a member of the Sales Support Group with Factual Data will be contacting you to assist in collecting the necessary information. If any information is missing the 72 hours does not begin until that information is in Factual Data's possession.
Existing clients will not be subject to a second round of due diligence but Factual Data will need a sub code submitted for authorization of a new account that will be tied to your existing Kroll Factual Data account for billing purposes.
