If you have forgotten you password, you can visit https://www.vlender.com/tools/forgot_password.php to submit your username. Once you do that an email will be sent to you with a new, temporary password. This is only good for one login or 60 minutes.

As soon as you receive the email you will want to login with the temporary password, you will then want to immediately establish your new, permanent password to avoid having this trouble again in the future.

1. Click Configure in the dark gray bar across the top
2. Click the light gray Settings sub-tab
3. Click on System Passwords
4. Enter your new, full access password in the top two data boxes on the screen, leave all others blank
5. Click Update Passwords.
