The server is monitored 24 hours per day via
software and hardware. Since our inception in 1997 our servers have experienced
little-to-no downtime. At MIT, software engineers monitor the system daily and
follow specific “testing” procedures during integration of system upgrades and
are required to log these results daily and weekly.
Specific system in-house program scripting has been designed to assist in
system checks and software monitoring.
Each client site that is set up is tested for performance and is evaluated in
our client services department by our Client Services Director. An interview
with each client is set up after the purchase of the system to assure that the
user understands how to use the features of the Virtual Lender system.
